Yes — always. It's our non-negotiable. You'll never find hidden fillers, stabilizers, or inflammatory ingredients in our food. We are also dairy-optional — meaning you can enjoy meals with or without cheese, depending on your preferences.
Our meals are fully cooked and arrive fresh. All you need to do is reheat using the oven, skillet, or air fryer — no extra prep required.
All meals are delivered fresh and fully cooked. For best results, always transfer food to an oven-safe glass dish or skillet before reheating — never use plastic or a microwave.
Oven:
350°F for 12–18 minutes (covered for tender, uncovered for crispy edges).
Skillet:
Medium heat for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
Air Fryer:
350°F for 5–8 minutes for a crisp finish.
We'll also include reheating suggestions with every meal so you get the perfect texture and flavor every time.
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for 4–5 days. Many clients also freeze items like burritos, proteins, and casseroles to stock up for later.
Our standard individual serving includes approximately 5 ounces of cooked protein.
A family-style portion includes about 24–30 ounces of protein total, which is designed to comfortably serve 4–5 people, depending on appetites.
