Meet Chef Shannon
Hi, I’m Shannon — personal chef, entrepreneur, and mom of three girls, born and raised in Arizona.
I healed my own body from Epstein-Barr and heavy metal toxicity through real food and clean living — a transformation that inspired me to help others reclaim their energy and joy.
What started as cooking for a few friends has grown into The Green Kitchen, now serving hundreds of nourishing, delicious meals each week across the Valley.
I believe food is medicine, flavor matters, and every meal should feel like care — for your body, your soul, and the people you love.
